It’s time to update our volunteer database!
We appreciate our Activists & Volunteers! We have many opportunities to work for reform in Georgia to decriminalize & legalize cannabis. Our goal is to better fit you with your interests and skills. See the updated information below on how you can help grow & strengthen Peachtree NORML.
SEEKING ACTIVISTS & VOLUNTEERS…
With so many events and community efforts coming up, we need more volunteers to support our efforts! We also need leaders who want to be our Activists to Legislators, Law Enforcement, Teachers, the Clergy, Healthcare, Corporations and your neighbors.
BENEFITS OF BEING A VOLUNTEER ACTIVIST & SUPPORT VOLUNTEER:
YOU can work for reform and actively make change in Georgia! The ultimate reward of your efforts will bring the end of marijuana prohibition and criminalization. You will be a big a part of a movement of change in many areas related to perception of marijuana use politically, legally, culturally, & medically among non-supporters in the State of Georgia. You will receive specialized training and may be eligible to receive continuing education credits, possibly leading to certifications, when available. This training will benefit you by providing direction and knowledge preparing you to be on the front line to educate others, change minds, and possibly enter the Cannabis industry once legalization takes place in Georgia.
WAYS YOU CAN VOLUNTEER:
First you need to sign up, provide your level of interest, extensive information on your professional skills, experience & ideas of how you could contribute to the reform efforts.
Once you have updated your information or signed up, then watch your email, calendar and postings. Then offer your assistance, sign up for community events, projects, or wherever you see a need and know you can help!
