I have suffered with ulcerative colitis flares (similar to crohn’s) in my lower digestive tract for over 10 years. During a flare the open sores in my colon will bring severe pain. I was on a regimen of RX drugs to reduce inflammation of the colon and another regimen of RX drugs to counter the side effects of the other drugs. Then I smoked a joint with a buddy. Smoking marijuana reduces most inflammation (better than RX drugs) in my colon with no side effects other than getting the munchies. Marijuana therapy for UC has helped my life so much and would be beneficial if we could use this natural product legally for medical use.
